How to turn it on
When you place an order, tick the box that says “Email me when a regular medicine is about to run out (you can stop any time)” on the review step. It is unticked unless you choose it, and you do not need an account.
When the email arrives
Once your order is delivered, we work out how long each pack should last from its size. For example, a pack of 30 tablets taken once a day lasts about 30 days. We send the reminder a few days before that date.
If you order the same medicine again before then, we do not send it. The date is an estimate: if your dose has changed, go by what your doctor told you.
What the email contains
- The medicine, the pack and the date it is likely to run out.
- A Reorder in one tap button. It opens a page with the same packs at today’s price and stock, where you can change the quantity and add them to your cart. You then check out as usual and pay cash on delivery.
- Links to pause the reminder, stop it for that medicine, or stop all reminders.
The subject line never names the medicine, and the links never show your full email address.
Nothing is ordered or charged automatically
A reminder is only a reminder. We never place an order for you and never take a payment. If you do not want to reorder, simply ignore the email.
How to stop it
Every reminder email ends with these links:
- Remind me later: pause this reminder for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.
- Stop reminders for this medicine: no more reminders for it, whatever the pack.
- Stop all reminders: no more refill reminders to your email address.
Each link opens a page that shows what it will change and asks you to confirm, so opening the email never changes anything by itself. Changed your mind later? Tick the box again at your next checkout.
