By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. Information on product pages, including descriptions, images and prices, is provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors; we correct these as soon as we notice them.
Orders and checkout
No product on this site requires a prescription to purchase. You can check out as a guest — an account is not required to buy. Payment is cash on delivery only; we do not currently accept online card payments.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, an address can’t be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund what you paid.
The prescription review service
The prescription review service turns a photo of your prescription into a list of medicines you can choose to order — it does not gate any purchase. When you use it:
- An automated system reads the image first and drafts a list; a pharmacist then checks the image and approves, edits, asks you to clarify, or rejects the draft.
- You will not see the automated draft — only the pharmacist’s final list.
- Uploading a prescription requires signing in with a Google account and giving a WhatsApp number we can reach you on.
The service helps you find medicines named on a prescription you already have. It is not a medical consultation, and it does not replace the advice of the doctor who wrote the prescription or of a pharmacist you speak with directly. If you have questions about your treatment, speak to a healthcare professional.
Your account
An account is created the first time you sign in with a Google account, either from the sign-in option or when you use the prescription review service. There is no password and no separate sign-up form, and by signing in you accept these terms. We ask for a WhatsApp number only when you upload a prescription; we do not verify it, and the pharmacist uses it to contact you by hand. You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can delete your account yourself from your profile page; the privacy policy explains what that removes and what we keep.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any tax that applies. Prices, promotions and stock availability can change at any time and are confirmed only once you complete checkout.
Liability
We supply this site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the prescription review service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
