What we need on the prescription

  • Prescriber’s name and registration number
  • Patient’s name
  • The date it was written
  • Medicine name, strength, and quantity

Good example: A clear, well-lit photo of the whole page, taken straight-on, with every detail above easy to read.

Avoid: A blurred photo, a cropped corner that cuts off the prescriber’s details, or a prescription written more than a few months ago.

What happens next

  1. AI reads it first. It drafts a list of the medicines written on your prescription.
  2. A pharmacist checks it. They check every medicine, strength and quantity against your prescription before you see the list.
  3. We email you a link. Open it to see your medicine list and add what you need to your cart.
