Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. Cash on delivery is the only payment method — we don’t currently accept online card payments, so you pay the rider when your order arrives.
Delivery fees and timing
The delivery fee depends on the zone your address is in. The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout, before you place your order, and it is the fee in this table.

A city listed under a zone uses that zone’s fee, even when the rest of its province is in another zone.
Delivery estimates are indicative ranges, counted in business days from when an order is confirmed, and are not promised delivery dates. Deliveries may be delayed by weather, public holidays, or an address that’s hard to locate.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status from your order confirmation. Orders placed as a guest can still be tracked using the details from your confirmation.
Failed or missed deliveries
If a rider can’t reach you at the address or phone number on your order, we’ll try to contact you to rearrange delivery. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and reachable before you place an order.
