How the prescription review service works.
Do I need to upload a prescription to buy medicine?
No. Every product can be ordered directly. The prescription service is for when you'd rather hand over a doctor's prescription and get back a ready-to-order medicine list instead of searching for each item yourself.
How does the prescription service work?
Upload a photo or PDF of the prescription. You'll verify your phone number with a one-time code before the upload is submitted. An AI reads the prescription first to draft a medicine list, then a pharmacist checks and finalises it. You'll get an SMS with a link to the reviewed list, which you can add to your cart.
Do I need an account to upload a prescription?
You don't need to sign up in advance. Verifying your phone number with a one-time code as part of the upload creates your account automatically the first time.
Is my prescription read only by a computer?
AI produces an initial draft, but a pharmacist always reviews it before you receive your medicine list. You never see the AI's draft directly.
