Do I need an account to order?
No. You can browse and check out as a guest. Signing in with your phone number is optional and mainly useful for tracking past orders and prescriptions.
Do I need a prescription to buy medicine?
No product on Medora Health requires a prescription to add to cart and buy. Our prescription service is a separate, optional way to turn a doctor's prescription into a ready-to-order medicine list — it never blocks a purchase.
How do I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispensed or handed to a courier, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
Where can I check the status of my order?
Track any order, guest or signed in, from the order tracking page.
