Delivery
Coverage areas, delivery fees and how to track a delivery.
Which areas do you deliver to, and what does it cost?
Delivery is available across Pakistan, priced by zone: Islamabad & Rawalpindi: Rs 150 (2–3 business days); Punjab: Rs 200 (3–5 business days); Sindh: Rs 250 (3–5 business days); Other Pakistan locations: Rs 350 (5–7 business days). The exact fee and delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout, before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your zone and are shown as an indicative range at checkout, not a promised date. Nearby major cities are typically fastest.
How do I track my delivery?
Use the order tracking page with your order number to see delivery progress, whether you checked out as a guest or signed in.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will normally try to contact you using the phone number on the order. Keep that number reachable around your estimated delivery window.
